Waltstractors.com is an online parts catalog for Unger Tractor Sales, Inc of Mexico Missouri USA. Unger Tractor Sales, Inc is a family owned and operated business located "on the farm - since 1974".
We have one of the largest inventories of aftermarket tractor parts in northern Missouri - though we are not a large warehouse facility. Customers are welcome to stop by and meet us during normal business hours of 8-5 Monday - Friday. If you are driving a distance, we recommend MAKING AN APPOINTMENT so your parts order is complete upon your arrival (we may have to order something in). Our online catalog is very large and we may not always have your part in stock at the time you arrive.

After-Market Parts
YES, these are new parts (unless stated otherwise). Our parts are NEW replacement/after-market parts (unless stated as rebuilt or remanufactured), which is not original equipment. These parts are designed to replace the original parts and may or may not look like the original parts. Brand names are used only for identification purposes.

The shopping cart feature makes shopping so easy, just click away and then check out. Due to program limitations, Expedited Orders and the shipping on orders with Oversized and/or Overweight items will not be calculated correctly - please contact us before ordering on those items.
Warranty/Guarantees
Parts are warranted for 90 days unless otherwise stated. Call as soon as possible when a part malfunctions. There is no warrantee on electrical parts. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the part. Warrantees do not cover diagnostic or labor costs. No replacement for items broken by the customer. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use of, or the inabilities of the product. After use, the user shall assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

Return/Refund Policy
Our FIRST & FOREMOST POLICY is to do right by our customers, to treat the customer, as we would want to be treated.
- Preauthorized returns only (call first).
- Must be returned to us at: 2634 Audrain Road 381, Mexico, MO 65265. If in error customer returns to a different address than that listed above, it could significantly delay refund or possibly not get processed at all.
- Incorrect Parts MUST be returned within 30 days.
- Returns should be returned in the parts original packaging.
Damaged or lost parts will not be subject to refunds, it is buyers responsibility for safe return transportation.
Parts will be inspected and must be in saleable condition, before a refund is issued.
Shipping is not refundable. There are too many variables that we do not have any control over.Older tractors have a way of not having the correct hood, not have the original engine, transmission, etc that indicates the exact model you have. We in good faith will send you the parts you request but we cannot tell you from the state of Missouri if you are ordering the correct parts. That is why we request tractor make, model, serial number, fuel type, voltage etc so that we can if possible make the determination that you are ordering the correct parts.
Refunds on returned parts will not be handled on a C.O.D. refund basis; refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection.
- No returned parts will be accepted unless transportation charges have been prepaid.
Electrical part returns will be only on the condition that the wrong part was ordered and the part has not been installed.
*A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund. *

Shipping and handling is based on dollar amount unless the part is considered overweight and/or oversized (i.e. fenders, rims, 3 pt hitches, etc.). Below Shipping & Handling Chart is an estimated price, could vary. Shipping estimated below is for non-overweight and non-oversize items. Also, assuming boxed items. Overweight, oversize or bare metal shipments will be exempt from this pricing estimate. Please call for shipping quote.
Items marked Freight Applies will be shipped at the prevailing UPS or truck freight charges. This shopping cart program is not set up to calculate the freight charges.
