Compressor Warranty Notice: Failure to provide work order and follow these 8 steps when installing compressor will void warranty. Any questions, please ask.
1.Check compressor clutch prior to installation for proper air gap and any misalignment.
2.Check compressor for proper oil amount per OEM or manufacturers recommendation.
3.Must flush Air Conditioning system with proper flush and flushing method including replacement of new hoses, condenser and/or evaporator.
4.Must replace expansion valve or orifice tube.
5.Check for proper airflow through cooling fins of condenser and radiator. Replace if needed.
6.Must replace filter drier or accumulator.
7.Evacuate system to deep vacuum, 29.95 in. -HG, inches of vacuum.
8.Check for correct gas charge
